1010 S Garfield Avenue Suite 300

$2,323

Five Offices, conference room with large open work area, kitchen and reception area. Up front signature location in this beautiful in town brick building. Very nice wooded setting with beautifully landscaped grounds. Most offices have opening windows. Abundant parking. Tenant pays rent plus utilities. Additional office space for future expansion. Lease with an option to purchase available.
Since it's a little difficult to discern in the listing photo (taken from inside the suite) your girl Miss Fortune has flopped the picture so you can easily read "Law Offices of Paul Bare Cici Clough".

Wonder what happened behind those now-closed doors?

And can Bare "Just Settle It"?

Miss Fortune would love to hear from you if you've got a secret to share

  1. Phone still goes to answering machine (I called after hours) - Are they still conducting business, but in a different building?? - Or are they done completely? Just having empty office space doesn't seem to imply something strange... unless, of course, you know something we don't!? I'm guessing that you do know something that we don't. Miss Fortune always knows...

  3. This is a highly reputable law firm. Unfortunately Paul developed cancer - a sarcoma. He had to terminate his practice completely while he underwent very drastic treatments and had to be out of the office for 6 months, and Cici, his partner, was doing maternity leave. Upon returning he sensibly chose to no longer handle the immense caseload with his former large staff and downsized dramatically. I think Ms Fortune is being quite mean spirited.
