"GASLIGHTING" AT THE BAY CITY ACADEMY: Double-Dipping Brian Lynch STILL Doesn't Want You To Know How Much He Pays Himself As The Bay City Academy's Superintendent; Mitten Educational Management Co-Founder Has Pulled In Nearly $400,000 In Salary & Benefits Since 2016...On Top Of $350,000+ Annually Paid To Mitten To Manage This "School For Scandal"

Lucky for me there's always my extensive collection of downloaded documents--otherwise, Brian Lynch might actually get away with this little bullshit trick.

If you go the Bay City Academy's website, you'll find the document on top in its "Budget and Salary/Compensation Transparency Reporting" section.  It's a big, fat lie and it replaced the one shown directly below.

The new document is an attempt to make you believe Lynch is not being paid a salary to act as the BCA's Superintendent.

Don't believe him.

Back in late 2017, while Mitten Educational Management's partners, Lynch and Michael Randel, were twisting in the wind waiting to hear from about the deficit-laden future of their cash cow, the duo employed this Orwellian claim to distract from Lynch's double-dipping: “Mr. Lynch does not receive a salary from Bay City Academy. He is directly paid by Mitten Educational Management LLC.”

No kidding!

Because of Mitten's "sweep" contract to manage Steven Ingersoll's "Mistake On Madison" (now the "Fuck-Up On Farragut"), everyone who works at the Bay City Academy, including its North Central Academy Mancelona campus, is leased to the charter school by their employer, Mitten Educational Management, LLC.

They are all paid by Mitten, including Lynch.

Especially Lynch.

(Wonder who he gets that from?)

IT'S STEVE'S HOUSE! "Sugar Daddy" Brian Lynch Making $8,000 Monthly Mortgage Payments To Wildfire Credit Union On Behalf Of Bay City Academy Building Still Owned By Steven Ingersoll; Mark Noss Son-In-Law Keeping Up The Family Grift Tradition...WITH YOUR MONEY!

I have discovered that the building housing the Bay City Academy (301 N. Farragut, shown above) is still legally owned by Steven and Deborah Ingersoll.

Steven Ingersoll purchased the building in February 2012, but by June 2016, Ingersoll had defaulted on a nearly $800,000 construction mortgage loan issued to his "Farragut Schoolhouse LLC" entity on March 28, 2013 by Wildfire Credit Union.

The credit union filed a "Notice of Enforcement" on June 8, 2016, exercising the mortgage's "Assignment of Rents" clause.

Bay City Academy's Mitten Educational Management, run by Mark Noss's son-in-law, Brian Lynch, and Michael Randel, have been paying $8,000 a month to Wildfire since the 2016/17 school year--effectively paying off Ingersoll's outstanding mortgage debt with taxpayer cash.

The property taxes on the building have been current since the summer of 2016, although I have no way of unearthing who's been making those payments.

I have alerted State of Michigan officials about this scheme, and will provide exclusive updates.

HE'S BAAACK! "Ferrari Dave" Damante Just Launched Another Scam...Now He's Coming For Your Dog!

Con man David Damante (AKA "David Dellacroce", "Robert Diamante" or "Rob DaMonte") recently launched a new scam, and he's coming for your dog!

Damante, looking more than a little worse for wear (above) in a photo featured on his relaunched personal circle-jerk website, FerrariDave, hooked up with familiar miscreants (Feldman, Duran) to bring you "PAWsitivePH"--described as "a quick and effective way to remineralize and recharge your animals (sic) body and mind."

If this iteration of PAWsitive looks familiar, it should.

The design of the new site (shown below) is nearly identical to another Damante scam, run under the name "PAWfect Protein Bitez".

In late 2019, Damante rode that one all the way back to prison: Damante was operating businesses he failed to disclose to probation, and executed several financial agreements without the knowledge and/or approval of the Probation Office.

On July 16, 2019, Damante submitted an application to the World Pet Association to be a vendor at SuperZoo using the alias “David Diamante.”

On July 16, 2019, Damante also negotiated/consummated a financial contract with World Pet Association to rent a booth for the SuperZoo trade show to be held at the Mandalay Bay, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and arranged for payment in the amount of $3,300.00 to be made on behalf of Pawfect Protein Bitez.

Any bets on how long it takes for this scam to trip up Damante--a man whose criminal history is as checkered as the tablecloth at your favorite Italian restaurant, and has been well-documented on this blog.
