Account Manager

Account Managers are responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients and being involved in all phases of the client campaign cycle.
The perfect candidate will have a strong agency background and the ability to demonstrate a “big picture” understanding of a client’s marketing strategy. Candidates must also be able to respond strategically to a client’s long-term objectives and goals and also to shifts in those goals. Account Managers work closely with Project Managers and are the lead client contact, overseeing multiple accounts and primarily responsible for overall client communication and satisfaction.

Business Development Associate

The person who holds this position is the brains behind the sales team and is responsible for supporting the business development team in a number of ways. Here are a few:
  • Qualify formal RFPs, incoming leads, sales opportunities and various other new business, which includes the necessary research, preparation and response
  • Coordinating in-office client meetings and presentations
