IS THE CEO OF ROBERT BUCKHANNON'S "EMPLOYER", CLINICAL TESTING CORP, A SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR? Entrepreneurial Success, Or Has Miss Fortune Sniffed Out Another Con Man?

John Rittenour, the man who wrote a letter in June on behalf of his "employee" Robert Buckhannon, is starting to look like just another garden variety con man.

Rittenour's letter was instrumental in a judge's decision to ease Buckhannon's pretrial restrictions, allowing him to travel the continental U. S. and Hawaii in search of "liquid gold" for Nevada-based Clinical Testing Corp.

The company was founded in Nevada on October 28, 2014, but when its website launched shortly after, Clinical Testing Corp, LLC was already boasting that it had "provided outsourced services to thousands of customers from most healthcare disciplines, including nearly all of the largest pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and chemical companies in the world."

Just how much time can Rittenour devote to Clinical Testing Corp when he's riding herd over nearly a dozen other companies?

OK, that was a rhetorical question.

PER WICKSTROM'S MANISTEE, MICHIGAN EXPANSION CONTINUES: 8,200 Square Foot Commercial Property Joins TIA Corporation's Real Estate Portfolio

IS BEST DRUG REHABILITATION PLANNING TO EXPAND IN MANISTEE? IT LOOKS LIKE THE ANSWER MAY BE "YES"!

Just days before Per Wickstrom lost a pie eating contest to former Detroit Lion Rob Rubick during this summer's National Cherry Festival in Traverse City, Wickstrom's TIA Corporation closed a deal to purchase an 8,200 square foot commercial property at 900 Vine Street in Manistee, Michigan for $100,000.

The building, which formerly housed the private Civic Club, sold on June 29, 2015 after spending 158 days on the market.

Wickstrom was represented in the transaction by Battle Creek realtor, Marcia Magiera. Regular readers of this blog may recognize Magiera's name. Currently listed in the State of Nevada's Corporation database as the Treasurer for My Best Drug Rehabilitation, Inc., Magiera also appeared at an August 20, 2013 meeting of Clare County's Lincoln Township Zoning Board on behalf of Wickstrom's acquisition of 355 W. Mannsiding Road in Harrison, Michigan.

Accompanied by Wickstrom attorney Phil Slot, Magiera answered questions about the 20,000 square foot facility that ultimately opened in 2014 as Behavioral Rehabilitation Services.

Although the transaction is recent, it's likely that Wickstrom & Co. already have laid plans for addressing any zoning issues attached to opening another rehab facility in Manistee.

However, from the looks of the newly-purchased building, I don't think Wickstrom will be touting its "serene" surroundings like he does with Best Drug Rehabilitation's 300 Care Center Drive location — a building that would have scared the bejesus out of the late Frances Farmer.

On January 26, 2012, TIA Corporation purchased the Manistee home at left (located at 812 High Street) for $10,000. The home is roughly three blocks from the Vine Street location, so when Wickstrom's in town he can walk to work!

Here are a few more pictures of the Vine Street location's interiors:

And here's Wickstrom (shown at right in photo below) throwing the Pie Eating contest to Rubick at this year's National Cherry Festival.

So wholesome, right?
