STEVEN INGERSOLL TO UNDERGO TRIPLE BYPASS SURGERY TODAY: Defense Files Motion To Adjourn.

4:30pm UPDATE:  Judge Ludington grants defense motion; hearing suspended estimated 6-12 weeks. Ingersoll required to provide weekly updates from cardiac surgeon; including his "progress toward availability".

According to a motion to adjourn filed this morning by defense attorney, Jan Geht, Steven Ingersoll is undergoing triple bypass surgery today.

The government concurs with the defense motion to adjourn, and Ingersoll's co-defendant Roy C. Bradley, Sr. does not oppose the motion.

Ingersoll was hospitalized on April 1 after suffering a heart attack and underwent a cardiac catheterization which revealed "multi-vessel coronary disease".

Without opposition from the government or Bradley, it is expected U. S. District Judge Thomas L. Ludington will issue the order to adjourn tomorrow's scheduled sentencing hearing.

  1. Rather odd timing or is it? I believe when one thinks they have everyone fooled and then the truth starts coming out, it could cause enough stress to produce this situation. It doesn't make the situation go away and it shouldn't make a difference to the judge. I don't think anyone wishes ill will. But, I do think we all want justice served. People get caught lying and stealing all the time. Fess up take your punishment and get the rest of the scoundrels out of our schools. It is time for justice to be served and let the domino's fall, everyone in a position of ownership or power needs to be routed out and either the school's close or completely new individuals need to take over and clean it up. The chartering university LSSU needs their program shut down and the MDE needs to take some responsibility and make sure that charter schools are never allowed to take advantage of the system again. I am sure Steve would live a lot better life if he got out turned states evidence on everyone and lived within his means. Time to get out of the mainstream ole boys and go out knowing you aren't scamming. Do the right thing because it is the right thing to do.

  2. Seems like karma is coming back to kick Steve in the rear. It is not hard to think stress of the end of the sentencing hearing was enough to cause a heart attack. Although I am not an Ingersoll supporter, I wish him a successful surgery and speedy recovery. However, this should not prevent the justice system from moving forward as quickly as it can. Bypass surgery is not as crippling as it used to be. The court is handicapped accessible. Once he is capable of being released from the hospital, it seems he could travel to the courthouse - even if it meant he was brought in via a wheelchair. Heck, he'll be healthy after surgery than he was going in.

  3. Man, 6-12 weeks estimated. We hope he recovers real fast so the judge and everyone else can get on with it! And who knows what will happen when Ingersoll is supposedly recovered enough to resume hearings? Mighty interesting!

    1. He will milk it - other people have returned to work in a matter of weeks - 6-12 days is pushing it. Stop dragging this out - the prison medical ward is a good place for recovery.

    2. You're right; he will milk it as long as he can just the IVL and charter school cash cows he's been milking all too long.

  4. A basic sense of humanity wishes Steve a speedy recovery. I still have no sympathy for what he has done for his own benefit and how much he has completely destroyed his reputation.

I'll be patiently waiting like all the other readers in this blog to see what kind lies are cooked up in the meantime by Lynch and Noss. It's really to bad that this extra time is given to these silver plater frauds to cook up some more lies and BS.

6-12 weeks is enough time to fix up the schools right??? Oh yeah, that'll never happen. One thing we can guarantee from the Noss/Lynch clan is they'll just find more offshore accounts to stash their 7 figure tax free paychecks in.

  5. Granted this will give them more time to cover up and time to threaten and/or dole out hush money. The minute he is out of the hospital he should be in court. They have beds in jail and that is where he belongs. His stall tactics have been one trick right after another. What arrogant egotistical fake people all of them are. Money laundering at its best. Oh they have had offshore accounts for a long time. Anyone that has any information needs to give it to the feds. Time to put these guys away where they belong.

  6. let's not forget mr. Bradley without his help Ingersoll would have never pulled it off.
next it will be mr. Bradley with triple bypass watch.
they're both cowardsthey can have all the money but their party is in prison will be coming for it that have to pay for their protection

  7. I am sorry but Roy Bradley should be in jail. There is no reason they can't put him away where he belongs. Get his first 5 years going on the asbestos. Ingersoll should have had 5 years from that one too. Roy never does anything on his own, it is always under Ingersoll's direction. And the goes for Noss and Lynch they are all following Ingersoll's orders.
Time to dig up more foul play, there is lots to be found.

  8. Honestly, when are they going to look at LSSU and stop them from handing these schools the ability to steal more money. Oh that is right because LSSU is raking in money from the state too. I am sure they don't want their free money taken away either. Shut em down!

  9. Do you know why Roy Bradley is not in prison?...think about it!

    1. Although he was sentenced to 5 years after his conviction on four counts of illegally distributing and handling asbestos, Roy C. Bradley, Sr. is out on bond pending sentencing in this case.

    2. Most people don't think he's anywhere near as guilty as Ingersoll is, but, you wonder, after the 6-12 week (or longer) delay, will Roy Bradley be the next one to have some "medical emergency", and thus further delay the hearings and sentencing?

    3. Maybe Steve should "do the right thing" and offer to exchange five more years of his life by offering to the judge to take Roy's scheduled five-year sentence? After all, Ingersoll was most likely the one who pushed Bradley to do things the most economical way possible.

    4. But Bradley didn't have to do it...

  10. There is no reason anyone should feel sorry for people that lie, steal, threaten, bribe, use and mistress individual especially children. And that goes for all of them, Ingersoll, Noss, Lynch, Mentley, Habermehl, Harger and Bradleys just to name the obvious. They are using charter schools to move money back and forth to make it look legitimate. They don't care about the community or your children and grandchildren. They just want to make themselves rich. It is time to stop this crime.
Do not expect your local newspapers to give you any honest facts, they are being finagled by their good buddies. If you want to know the real facts start asking questions and get involved, otherwise these guys are going to ruin the education systems in your towns. I don't understand why the normal public schools and the unions aren't taking more actions. These guys are threatening your existence. Stop the robbery, join the movement that will tear this down. Everyone needs to join in, because it affects us all in one way or another.
