HERE'S THE THING: Full Spectrum Management Adversary Action Reschedules Hearing To Review Steven Ingersoll Complaint Response

 

The  previously scheduled September 29, 2020 Full Spectrum Management, LLC Chapter 7 bankruptcy adversary hearing, set to review Steven Ingersoll's response to the April 30, 2020 Adversary Complaint, has been pushed back...again. 

The hearing will now be held at 11:00am on October 29, 2020.

NO DECISION: Judge Orders Full Spectrum Management Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Parties To Each A File "Supplemental Brief"; Case "Under Advisement"

The Full Spectrum Management, LLC Chapter 7 bankruptcy evidentiary hearing, held yesterday, resulted in no decision, although the judge did order the parties to each file a Supplemental Brief by October 6, 2020. 


 

The case is "under advisement"; the judge is deliberating the decision. A final decision is expected later in October on the settlement agreement struck by Full Spectrum's bankruptcy trustee to pursue collection from Noss and Noss-related entities, while simultaneously conducting an investigation to seeking discover whether payments made by Mark Noss to Steven Ingersoll were done with intent to hinder, delay, or defraud Full Spectrum's creditors.
