ROY BRADLEY SEEKING EVIDENTIARY HEARING, "POST-CONVICTION RELIEF" IN ASBESTOS CASE: Will This Never End?

Miss Fortune is combing through the details of this tangled mess, with more tomorrow.

Here's an excerpt, where Bradley's current attorney, Mark Satawa, throws shade at his predecessor:

“Making his conduct more egregious is that Roy Bradley actually tried to educate Elias Escobedo several times regarding the defense theory. All these attempts were to no avail.”

  1. Are you kidding me? This is just ridiculous. Never ending excuses and not taking responsibility for what they have done. Leave it to them to try and get out of it. What a bunch of crooked lying cheats. And if this happens, then we all know we can do whatever we want in life, because there are no consequences. Cheat, lie, steal, get convicted; hey not to worry nothing will be done. Makes Bay City a scary place to live.

  5. Yeah once a scam artist always a scam artist. These men are guilty and trying ever trick in the book to stay out of prison. And that is a good point, they say they have no money. Where have they hidden their stash, overseas, in the ground, in the belfry? Didn't Mr. Bradley way back when say he had no money. These guys are an embarrassment to this town, crooked as hell and laughing in the face of every judge, attorney, jury, and taxpayer. It is time for the gavel to come down and get these crooks out of here for good. Put em with the likes of their kind.

  6. Who wants to bet that somehow Ingersoll is still paying/helping to pay Roy Bradley's attorney, Mark Satawa? And that's in addition to Ingersoll selling the Perry House to help pay his own remaining attorney, Jan Geht.

  7. Of course he is still paying him and probably Roy's wife and daughter. Gotta keep paying everyone that has lied for him, otherwise they might squeal. I still wonder how many jurors he bought off during his trial and how many people Roy kept hidden during all of this. They are all loyal to people that would stab them in the back and toss them in the river if it was to their advantage.
