PER WICKSTROM'S BEST DRUG REHABILITATION HAS A FORMER OLYMPIC ATHLETE AS ITS FITNESS TRAINER? NOT ACCORDING TO THE USOC!

Kimberly K. Sherrill Ford

Best Drug Rehabilitation boasts proven false

USOC denies claims Ford "competed in olympic (sic) weightlifting"

In a video posted in January on Best Drug Rehabilitation's YouTube channel, Fitness Trainer Kim Ford is described as a former Olympic competitor.

However, a check with a representative of the United States Olympic Committee has proven that claim false.

Who knew that Best Drug Rehabilitation would lie about anything

Kim Ford has trained NFL, WNBA, and Olympic athletes. She has also competed in olympic weightlifting herself. Now she has found a new home and a passion for working with our clients at Best Drug Rehabilitation.

Here is the email received by Miss Fortune from the USOC. Certain identifying details have been redacted, because we know how rabid you BDR folks are with your dirty tricks and harassment.

Read it and weep, Per!

Unfortunately I cannot find Kim Ford/Kimberly Sherrill’s as an Olympic Weightlifter.  Olympic Women’s weightlifting was not added until the 2000 Olympics.   Prior to that, in 1996 female weightlifting was an exhibition sport at the Olympic Trials but not part of the USA Olympic Team.

Regarding Olympic trials from 1996 to 2012 – Kimberly’s name is not among the weightlifters who competed in the trials.  In addition, I’ve listed the weightlifters who made the Olympic teams for 2000-2012.

Sydney 2000 USA Weightlifting Team - Women:
Melanie Kosoff-Roach
Tara L. Nott
Cheryl Haworth
Robin Byrd Goad
Cara Heads-Lane
Suzanne Leathers

Athens 2004 USA Weightlifting Team – Women:
Tara Cunningham
Cheryl Haworth

Beijing 2008 USA Weightlifting Team – Women:
Carissa Gump
Cheryl Haworth
Melanie Roach
Natalie Woolfolk

She may have competed in Junior Olympics or served as a trainer/coach with USA Weightlifting.

This is the best information I can provide; however an email to USA Weightlifting may in order as well.  http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Weightlifting.aspx

Sincerely,
