The man in the mugshot is Matthew Theodore, although if you follow this blog (and who the hell doesn't, eh?) you might recognize him as one of David Lee Hunter's "business partners" in the South African music festival scam.
Yes, I used the "S" word! So sue me, already.
Miss Fortune hears El Davo The Hunted is trolling LA's tastiest tranny bars with Mr. Theodore. So if you spot this mug at The Silver Platter or the Frolic Room or even Franks N Hanks, nudge the lady next to you and have him call the police.
Chances are good Theodore's running with David Hunter, and there are at least two warrants out for Hunter's arrest.
