FORMER HOME OF BAY CITY ACADEMY SOLD: Saginaw-Based Rescue Ministries of Mid-Michigan Buys 23,855 Square Foot Building For $125,000

The former home of Steven Ingersoll's Bay City Academy sold earlier this month to Saginaw, Michigan, based Rescue Ministries of Mid-Michigan.

Property details reveal the sale closed on July 2, 2019 at $125,000.

The non-profit organization currently runs Bay City's Good Samaritan Rescue Mission, located steps away from the 400 N. Madison location.

A tax-exempt non-profit, federally registered since July 1945, Rescue Ministries also operates Saginaw's City Rescue Mission and Community Village Assisted Living.

The building's new owner should help wipe away any bad juju left by Ingersoll.
