And Wickstrom reps formed a new Nevada corporation, Great Lakes Treatment Centers, Inc., just days ago.
Best Drug Rehabilitation filed an application on April 9, 2013 with the State of Indiana for a certificate of authority, paving the way for a new foreign, for-profit entity. Official records show the new corporation will operate under the name Best Drug Rehabilitation, Inc. It is unclear at this point if the application filed with the State of Indiana on behalf of Tranquility Detox, located at 3606 E. Jefferson Boulevard in South Bend, will cover future services provided by Best Drug Rehabiliation. Miss Fortune has requested confirmation/clarification from the State of Indiana's Family and Social Services Administration, and will update this story as soon as the information is available.
