Convicted felon David Damante, who's bounced in and out of federal custody for the last 10 years, recently formed Sinuessa Fine Art LLC in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

In 2018, Damante secretly formed three New Mexico corporations (including Sinuessa Fine Art LLC) and used his purported ownership of two Jean-Michel Basquiat paintings to fraudulently obtain hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Oh, by the way, he illegally used a version of his real "David Robert Damante" name ("Rob D Damante) to form another Florida business entity (CARBAR LLC) at the same Sunny Isles Beach address.
