NO DECISION: Judge Orders Full Spectrum Management Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Parties To Each A File "Supplemental Brief"; Case "Under Advisement"

The Full Spectrum Management, LLC Chapter 7 bankruptcy evidentiary hearing, held yesterday, resulted in no decision, although the judge did order the parties to each file a Supplemental Brief by October 6, 2020.

The case is "under advisement"; the judge is deliberating the decision. A final decision is expected later in October on the settlement agreement struck by Full Spectrum's bankruptcy trustee to pursue collection from Noss and Noss-related entities, while simultaneously conducting an investigation to seeking discover whether payments made by Mark Noss to Steven Ingersoll were done with intent to hinder, delay, or defraud Full Spectrum's creditors.

  1. One wonders whether Full Spectrum's payments to Smart Schools were because Noss and Ingersoll had an agreement of some sort or because the latter needed so much more money for his attorneys and the attorneys for his wife, brother and the Bradleys? With those guys you never know what they're up to. Could Ingersoll 'squeeze' his 'friend' Mark Noss for money and other favors?

  3. Hope they squeeze the hell out of each other going back and forth and maybe do themselves in. Sometimes, though, you really wonder if Noss if somewhat afraid of his "friend"?
