YOU CAN LIVE LIKE FLO RIDA IN FLORIDA: Per Wickstrom's Tampa Bay Waterfront Mansion Hits The Market; Purchased In 2017 For $6.9 Million, Wickstrom Lists At $9.1 Million

Thanks to an eagle-eye tipster, I've learned Tampa Bay luxury real estate may be rebounding.

Dubbed “the most expensive home in Pinellas County” when it was purchased in 2017 for $6.9 million by Michigan's infamous Scientology addiction pimp, Per Wickstrom, a 9,365 square foot Tampa Bay waterfront home recently hit the market at an astonishing $9.1 million—a 31 percent hike.

Wickstrom, along with his soon-to-be ex-wife Svetlana, owes $1.2 million in delinquent federal income tax.

Wickstrom filed for divorce from Svetlana on August 26, 2019...three days after being slapped with the federal tax lien.

Described in its property listing as an “amazing Contemporary estate on just over 10 waterfront acres on Tampa Bay”, the home’s icy, stark, blinding white interiors are kitted out with Wayfair-ready llama art and a home movie theater where you can indulge your inner Tony Montana.

Publicly available documents confirmed Wickstrom cobbled together financing, including a $4.0 million 30-year mortgage from a Florida bank, along with a $1.5 million “balloon mortgage” from the home's sellers.

Also interesting is the fact Wickstrom's luxe Florida pad is registered to a Michigan LLC, Truman Management Company, LLC. Truman is the trustee of “The GMEN Revocable Trust”, and the home's owner.
