59 BIDS!
JUST WHO IS THE
There's one born every minute, and today those suckers placed 59 bids for the Bay City Academy's Madison Arts campus.
Listed with a $25,000 opening bid, the building sold to the highest bidder for $198,000.
The high bidder is only identified by a pseudonym (a***m), so we'll need to see which shady LLC registers this sucker, when (if) the transaction closes.
Guesses, anyone?
Would anyone be surprised if one of Ingersoll's or Noss's or Bryan Lynch's 'friends' bought the building and then would stop leasing the Farragutt School building and then renting out the old church from the new owner/corporation, etc.? But then again, who knows, maybe some sound business person bought it and will make a legitimate go of it.
ReplyDeleteYou just know something crazy is going to happen just think what's a stock deck construction company in Traverse City with they could have owned a whole school
ReplyDeleteWhen you think about the MILLIONS of dollars Ingersoll pilfered from the State of Michigan with his per-pupil charter school money, the amount levied against the Ingersolls' properties is peanuts.
