Q. Do you recall there being an interview with you distributed to Traverse City Record Eagle with the board's approval in April of 2014? 

A. I'm not sure. I would not know about the timing or the content offhand. 

Q. Okay. Well, let's do it this way: Do you recall Grand Traverse Academy at any point putting together a document in a Q and A format where questions would be asked of you as a superintendent and you would be answering them? 

A. Yes. 

Q. Okay. Do you recall whether or not that took place in 2014? 

A. I believe so. That was done with a public relations person that Doug Bishop had found on the school's behalf. 

Q. And would I be -- do you recall when Dr. Ingersoll was indicted? 

A. No. 

Q. Do you recall whether or not this interview took place before or after he was indicted? 

A. I would think it was after, but I'm not positive. 

Q. Okay. Do you recall saying in that interview, and I quote, our audits indicate all our procedures and finances are in order, closed quote? 

A. Yes. 






Q. Would that be accurate, that statement was made after Thrun law firm did their thing and after Dennis Gartland did its forensic report and after Dennis Gartland did its financial statements audit? 

A. I'm not sure I understand the question.
