Named earlier this year by the Northern Express as one of northwest Lower Michigan’s most wanted, Gibson claims to live in Cali, Colombia with his wife (Darnelly Montaño Portocarrero, shown with him in the photo above). And although Michigan State Police Detective Sgt. Kevin Hansz dismisses Gibson's Cali claim, stating that “investigators think that might be a ruse”, I'm not so sure.
Either way, he still wants your money.
