EMERGENCY STIPULATION ORDER ISSUED ALLOWING ROBERT BUCKHANNON TO TRAVEL TO MICHIGAN TO HANDLE HIS "LEGAL MATTERS"
An emergency stipulation order filed in Las Vegas on April 29 on behalf of the "crooked chiropractor", Robert Buckhannon, allows him to travel between his current home in Las Vegas and Michigan to "meet with his attorney and prepare for his upcoming arraignment."
After being arrested by the feds back in October on criminal charges relating to a $34 million dollar hedge fund fraud, Buckhannon was ordered to wear a GPS ankle monitor and restricted from traveling outside Clark County, Nevada.
The April 29 order stated that Buckhannon needed to travel to Michigan by Friday, May 1, 2015. In addition, the order revealed Buckhannon has an outstanding warrant here in Michigan and his appearance in the Great Lakes State is needed to "satisfy the warrant."
A check with Calhoun County's 37th Circuit Court shows no record of a warrant being served or any new court case action relating to Buckhannon.
Miss Fortune is working to confirm more details, and will bring them to you as soon as they become available.
In the meantime, if you see that a special friend of Buckhannon's has a peculiar hitch in her giddy up, you'll know the reason why.
Bad Check Allegations,Defaults & Garnishments, Fraud are mounting against Kelly (rob put everything in her name) all the debt is her sole responsibility.
ReplyDeleteShe can't get enough of good ole' Dr. Dufus. Dr Dufus defaulted on all loans & back behind the scene arrangements he had with many people in Battle Creek and California to try and keep the doomed bar open and has defrauded some angry investors in Battle Creek.
California? Do tell!
DeleteThey both deserve orange suits! She new exactly what he was doing. She told him to call one of his mafia friends for more money in front of a bunch of people! She could have paid HER employees when it went south TWICE and didn't bother.
DeleteKeep shining the light on Buchanon's dark deeds. His $34 million-dollar hedge fund fraud makes Bay City Steve Ingersoll look like he just had his hand in the cookie jar and stole a few cookies compared to Buchanon's HUGE fraud. And wow, 250,000 plus pages of discoveries concerning the Buchanon fraud versus Ingersoll's mere 3,100 pages of discoveries...they should both be roommates in a federal prison.
ReplyDeleteIngersoll is tax dollars and bothers me more. The hedge fund should get Bernie time for the whole team.
DeleteWhat about the other criminals that were involved in the hedgefund scheme?
ReplyDeleteBuckhannon has a co-defendant in the upcoming federal case--Terry Rawstern. The other hedge fund players involved in the Arcanum Equity Fund, LLC and Vestium Equity Fund scheme have not been charged...yet!
DeleteWith any luck they could be long term prison buddies.
ReplyDeleteI would bet that Dr,Dufus has no intention of appearing in court my bet is that he flees the country......
ReplyDeleteYou may be correct. No answer yet from his Las Vegas attorney, Dustin Marcello, on the new charges.
DeleteIf he's in the wind, there's no telling where he'll go.
Maybe to London to visit his good friend, Zia Shlaimoun!
Like I say...Dr Rob knows what is coming for him and he has no intention of going to trial he will bolt first. Man would I love to see his internet search history on his laptop..Here's one " How to survive on the run and off the grid"
DeleteStay tuned...should have more information on Monday. And I've sent a FOIA request for the booking photo...AKA mugshot.
