CREEPSHOW RETURNS THE DAY AFTER D-DAY: Steven Ingersoll, Roy C. Bradley, Sr. Federal Tax Fraud Sentencing Hearing Resumes

June 6 date scrapped, replaced with June 8 per    U. S. District court. June 7 unchanged.

The sentencing hearing for Steven Ingersoll, convicted on March 10, 2015 of three counts of fraud and tax evasion, resumes on June 6, 2016 at 8:30am.

Ingersoll and co-defendant/toady/chore-whore Roy C. Bradley, Sr. were notified today by United States District Judge Thomas L. Ludington to appear on June 6 and June 7.

The proceedings were interrupted in early April after Ingersoll's April Fools' Day heart attack; Ingersoll later underwent quadruple bypass surgery.
