ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION-PROFIT: State of Michigan Records Offer "Incontrovertible Proof" Of Continuing Ingersoll/Noss Business Partnership; Excel Management, Inc's. History Spans Eleven Years, Including Noss's Grand Traverse Academy Board Tenure

EXCEL 2014 ANNUAL REPORT FILED APRIL 15, JUST DAYS AFTER NOSS AWARDED NO-BID, MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR CONTRACT TO REPLACE INGERSOLL AT GRAND TRAVERSE ACADEMY

For those who still can't quite accept what's being revealed on this blog, maybe you'll believe the State of Michigan's official business entity records.

Here's the story in a nutshell: Steven Ingersoll formed IVL, Inc. on September 23, 2003. That company changed its name to Excel Management, Inc. on January 9, 2007 (more about that a bit later). 


Ingersoll had previously formed "Excel Management, Inc." as a "domestic profit corporation" on August 11, 1999. That earlier entity was automatically dissolved by the State of Michigan on July 15, 2006, likely due to the fact that its required annual reports had not been filed.

On January 9, 2007, IVL, Inc. became "Excel Management, Inc." when Mark Noss, an officer of the corporation, signed and submitted on its behalf the following form:
But, unlike Ingersoll's earlier iteration of Excel Management, this corporation's paperwork is completely up-to-date.

In fact, its most recent annual report was filed on April 15...five days after Steven Ingersoll was federally indicted for fraud and tax evasion!
