Per Wickstrom's South Bend Tranquility Detox License Delays: Foot-Dragging In Wickstromland?

Not so tranquil?
BREAKING NEWS!

It looks to your girl Miss Fortune that someone's not doing his homework.

The State of Indiana's Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) today confirmed exclusively to Miss Fortune that Per Wickstrom's Tranquility Detox missed a September 14th deadline for submitting additional documentation and clarification as requested in an August 27th letter to Wickstrom by the FSSA. The spokeswoman confirmed in an email to Miss Fortune that as of this afternoon, there had been no response.

Per Wickstrom is seeking certification by the State of Indiana to operate Tranquility Detox as an Addiction Services Provider, including Detox, Subacute, and Transitional Residential Services.

The proposed facility is located at 3606 E. Jefferson Boulevard in South Bend, Indiana. St. Joseph County records state that Wickstrom purchased the property on April 20, 2012.

  1. So what happens next? Is the application denied? I sure hope so.

    1. In my not-so-humble opinion, Tranquility Detox is not handling the licensing process very professionally. Trouble in Battle Creek?
