STEVE CALLS IN SICK: April 5 Sentencing Hearing Called Off

Today’s Ingersoll sentencing hearing has been cancelled.

According to a court document filed yesterday afternoon, Steven J. Ingersoll reported April 4 that “he had suffered a medical emergency on Friday, April 1, and would require priority attention”. U. S. District Judge Thomas L. Ludington did not cancel Wednesday's session, stating he would do so when Ingersoll “supplies the Court with medical documentation substantiating his request.”

  1. Seems Dr. I's panic is starting to set in! Seems Judge Ludington is onto Ingersoll's ways.

  2. And Ingersoll had this 'medical emergency' on April 1st? Who knows if it really was a medical emergency or if he got so worked up thinking what he was going to say on the hot seat? Just think what he may pull on the day of his sentencing? Maybe he should have just finished this chapter of his IVL life and gone to prison sooner? Afterall, there is usually excellent medical care in prison?

  4. Triple bypass surgery he had a heart attack on Friday.

  5. Until surgery is complete, no one is able to say "triple bypass" surgery. Bypass surgery is required in the treatment of multi vessel coronary artery disease. Three main vessels supply the heart. Doctors determine the number of bypasses (or vessels needed to bypass the obstructed arteries".

What is probably more correct is he has disease in the three vessels. Coronary disease is caused by many factors including but not limited to age, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and stress.

    2. Time for prison. Good place to take it easy for a while. He should have been in prison for the last 13 months - time to take the trip

    3. Federal medical facilities can take care of him. Get him where he belongs.

    1. After the way the two of them mistreat people and take advantage of everyone they can, you can't/shouldn't feel sorry for either one of them.

  7. actually I feel sorry that they would want sympathy...it's in our nature to wish everybody the best, that's what our Lord did on the cross.
remember when a man's word was his word?and a handshake sealed the deal?
mr. Ingersoll would have been better to just stood uptell the truth give this money to the real needy and expose everything.
let us remember how many people are riding along they are naked more than chump change.
one thing you can't hide is he is a convicted felon and his name is mud.
how could you enjoy your homes your carsall your material things and know that you actually stole from children.
like they say watch the toes you stepped on going up because you're going to kiss their ass on the way down.....

  8. I think it's funny how some believe we are expected to suddenly feel bad for this narcissistic a-hole. Nope, no sympathy from me, that I can tell you.

To believe that people like Ingersoll, Noss, and Lynch are pioneers for their community is like believing Kwami Kilpatrick put the people of Detroit above himself. These people are only in it for themselves. They're lavish lifestyles, fancy cars, and offshore accounts are just the tip of the iceberg as to how deep their corruption has spread. The worst part about it all is that they'll do anything to protect each other's back. Your living a lie to believe that these three stooges aren't on the phone with each other in a weekly basis.

After reading the emails with Ingersoll and how he treated people, this guy is a class one ass hole. No one deserves a heart attack, but his ass deserves a jail cell for a long time. Big words and complex sentence structures do not hide the fact that he's an ass hole, they just amplify it.

I guess the only positive thing about Noss is that he actually provides a nice building for the kids to be in. BCA and NCA are a pile of crap as far as I'm concerned. A NCA parent told me that the building had a raw sewage leak last year and students were exposed to it before the problem was actually fixed. How stupid can Lynch get? Stories like this keep popping out and its absolutely crazy to think that this guy runs a school.

  9. My child was a former student there, and I remember hearing about that sewage leak. I heard that the sewage was actually coming out into the hallway! Stories like this are exactly why we left. I also remember one of the buses not having any working heat for the entire school year. My child's friends would tell them how cold they were on the way to school. I'm glad that people are beginning to talk about this. Even though I don't have a child there anymore.

    1. Glad you had the common sense to remove your child from that environment. The crazy thing seems to be that they supposedly had an increase in enrollment from the year before (if their enrollment figures were /are accurate). People should be taking their kids out of that campus by the droves. It must the owners philosophy and curriculum (IVL = I Value Loot); thus the bare minimums in heat, safety are not even being met.

    2. IVL !!!! this is better than TV

  10. I am not sure on the raw sewage story but I can tell you for sure that the bus did not have heat. Mr. Lynch was told about it time and time again and did absolutely nothing.

  11. This is crazy stuff to read! If these stories are actually true about BCA and NCA, why in the hell isn't something being done?

I have never met Brian Lynch, but I have known people just like him throughout my life. Nothing ever ends well for people like him. He may, in short, acquire wealth but in the long run, he will fall.

How can he feel comfortable exposing kids to sewage and not act immediately for their safety? How can he willingly know that a school bus with children on it has no heat and feel comfortable with it running in Northern Michigan? Temperatures can be brutally cold up there!

It won't be long before more and more of these stories come out and he will have a law suit that will shut him down.

To me, Brian Lynch is not in touch with reality and should not be running a school.

  12. Here is a really good question, if Mr. Lynch cared so much about education and children, then why are things like basic teaching supplies, clean bathrooms, working toilets, actual doors on stall walls, preventive measures in case of an emergency, and actual text books for my child to use not in existence?

As a parent, I am extremely frustrated with how unprofessional Mr. Lynch has run our school. It is really hard for me to believe anything he says anymore. It is also really hard for me to watch our teachers work so hard given the fact that they have no tools to use at their disposal. Where is all that money going Mr. Lynch if it is not going to these essential needs for a successful school. I commend these teachers for the environment that they have to overcome every day of their jobs. There is no way Mr. Lynch has any idea as to what is happening at our school because he is never there. You can't run a school from a laptop. Even I know that with a GED.

    2. Very well written and right from the heart. Thank you so much for speaking what you know of and have seen from experience. Your insights and observations speak volumes of Mr. Lynch and his lack of foresight, and positive proactivity to the problems which are just glaring at the school.
