GRAND TRAVERSE ACADEMY BOARD CANCELS TONIGHT'S SCHEDULED PUBLIC MEETING: Chickening Out, Or All Clucked Up?

In case you were planning on attending tonight's scheduled public meeting of the Grand Traverse Academy board, you can make other plans.

The 7:00pm meeting has been axed, with the next scheduled meeting of the full board set for May 20 at 1:00pm —  when most people are busy working.

Wonder if that's a coincidence?

  1. Oh, how convenient for GTA's Mark Noss to have a little extra time to gather up his thugs and cronies for some chit chat. With pet Lynch by his side, I'm sure their crooked greedy minds can conjure up another scheme in a month if this one falls through.

I fondly remember Lynch teaching at GTA when mild children attended the school. Even then he thought he was better than everyone else. I can tell you one thing, he was not.

Any more information on BCA? I guess it looks like the money will continue to flow to Lynch's soft money counting hands for the next 5 years without anyone from the MDE even thinking twice.

I sure hope these turds get their day in court. I Value Loot is about as crooked of a scam as bullshit can buy. I hope that one day this scam known as IVL, court case, and the Three Amigos (Lynch, Noss, Ingersoll) will be on 60 minutes. What a story it would make.

  2. That's okay. Many of the board members don't show up any way. I supposed a couple hundred miles is a bit far to drive for a little ole board meeting.

  3. These are public meetings. You will have three minutes for public comment. Show up. Ask question. Let the Board know you are watching and listening. You do not need to be affiliated with GTA. You can simply be a citizen. The Board does not have to respond, but a collective voice can put them all on call. Your presence alone can make a difference without ever saying word.

    1. Too bad those who want to "comment" have to wait until May 20th.

  4. I have seen this tactic before. If they want to hide something or keep the parents or community from being involved the cancel their meetings. And ghee look how LSSU looks away.

  5. The cancellation also delays approval and publication of the board's March 2016 meeting minutes.
